Through this transaction, Ark\u00e9a Capital joins the group of longstanding shareholders, including NextStage AM\u2014which retains its majority stake\u2014alongside the team of entrepreneurs led by Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Stoeckel. The investment aims to accelerate Adopt Parfums\u2019 growth in France and expand its international footprint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 1986 in Cestas (Gironde) by Dominique Monlun, Adopt Parfums has become the leading fragrance brand in France by volume. Supported by NextStage AM and the Loyez family since 2015, the brand is behind the \u2018French Fragrance Revolution\u2019. Today, it offers over 150 original eaux de parfum, all designed and manufactured in France using exceptional raw materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To support its growth, Adopt Parfums invested in a production facility in 2023, located in Ch\u00e2teau-Renard, at the heart of the Cosmetic Valley, with a production capacity target of 50 million bottles by 2028.
