This strategic transaction marks a key milestone for Eurobio Scientific, which will benefit from the support of NextStage AM and IK Partners to accelerate its growth in a rapidly expanding sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eurobio Scientific, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, is a key player in medical diagnostics, particularly renowned for its expertise in molecular biology and its innovative solutions in areas such as infectious diseases, immunology, and oncology. With this acquisition, the company enhances its ability to provide cutting-edge solutions to laboratories and hospitals across Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Already a shareholder in Eurobio Scientific since May 2022 through its holding company “EurobioNext” and actively involved in the company\u2019s development since 2022 via <\/em>its “P\u00e9pites et Territoires” program by AXA France & NextStage AM, the investment management firm continues to play a pivotal role in the company\u2019s growth, in partnership with IK Partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
