A trilingual lawyer (French, English, Turkish) with 21 years of experience, Emma Pinar joined FTPA in 2015. She began as an associate, advanced to counsel in 2020, and will now step into the role of partner in 2025. She has extensive expertise in commercial litigation and insolvency proceedings, providing both advisory and litigation services to a diverse clientele, including major French and Turkish corporations, SMEs, mid-size firms, start-ups, and investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Emma Pinar holds a Master\u2019s degree in Administration and Liquidation of Distressed Companies (Universit\u00e9 Paris I Panth\u00e9on-Sorbonne, 2021), an LL.M. in French and European Business Law (Universit\u00e9 Paris I Panth\u00e9on-Sorbonne, 2012), and a Master\u2019s degree in Private and Social Law (Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Ankara, 2011). She began her career at Aselsan in Turkey before continuing her professional journey in France. Within FTPA\u2019s Litigation Department, she leads a team of Franco-Turkish lawyers and aims to become the go-to legal advisor for Turkish companies seeking to establish or invest in France. At the same time, she strives to strengthen FTPA\u2019s position as a legal bridge between the two countries. Recently, Emma launched a new practice dedicated to international mobility to meet the growing needs of her clients in an increasingly globalised environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
