FCC has expressed its intention to acquire ESG&#8217;s four operating subsidiaries. ESG&#8217;s subsidiaries operate mainly in the highly populated regions of Ile-de-France, Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes, and Hauts-de-France, providing essential services such as household waste collection, urban cleaning, and industrial cleaning, and employing around 2,000 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Completion of the transaction is scheduled for the second half of 2024, subject to obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals and meeting the usual suspensive conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FTPA supported Europe Services Groupe (ESG) <\/strong>with a team comprising : <strong>Antoine Tchekhoff<\/strong>, <strong>Fran\u00e7ois-Xavier Beauvisage<\/strong> (partners), <strong>Agathe Laporte<\/strong>, <strong>No\u00ebmie Rivas<\/strong> and <strong>Olivier Lang<\/strong> in corporate law, <strong>Sophie Jouniaux<\/strong> (partner) and <strong>Fran\u00e7ois-Xavier Cochenet<\/strong> in tax law, <strong>Laure Calice<\/strong> (partner) and <strong>Marine Claisse<\/strong> in employment law, <strong>Julien Vilotte-Muracciole<\/strong> in competition law, and <strong>Rapha\u00ebl Crespelle<\/strong> (partner), <strong>Tristan Boucheteil<\/strong> and <strong>Marie Guillois<\/strong> in public law.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FTPA has advised Europe Services Groupe (ESG), a major player in the waste management sector in France, in entering into exclusive negotiations for the sale of its operating activities in France to FCC Servicios Medio Ambiente.
