On the occasion of the transaction, Ciclad, which had acquired a stake in the group in 2017, sold all of its shares while Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale Capitale Partenaires and Bpifrance (via the France Investissement Tourisme 2 fund) acquired a minority stake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 2017, the Pozeo group offers a complete range of products and services designed to highlight the French leisure offer via the distribution of gift vouchers (Le Poz&#8217;Loisirs, Le Cin\u00e9Ch\u00e8que, Cin\u00e9Cado\u2026) and tickets (parks, shows, museums\u2026) to works councils and companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The FTPA team was composed of Sylvain Cl\u00e9rambourg (corporate partner), Charles Philippe Letellier (corporate partner), Victor Bodart (corporate) and Julie Baldinger (corporate), Fabrice Lorvo (media and communication partner), Sophie Jouniaux (tax partner), Alexandre Courot (tax) and Dylan Maupas (tax).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chatelain Avocats (Pierre Chatelain and Camille Tauzi\u00e8de) advised management on financing issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale Capitale Partenaires and Bpifrance were advised by Lerins with a team composed of Guillaume Jarry and Laetitia Cachin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>About the POZEO group:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The POZEO group offers a complete range of products and services designed to highlight the French leisure offer and to distribute them to Works Councils and Companies who want to offer or subsidize them.
