L&#8217;une de ses mesures phares en droit boursier consiste en l&#8217;abaissement de 95 % \u00e0 90 % du seuil de d\u00e9tention requis pour proc\u00e9der \u00e0 un retrait obligatoire \u00e0 l&#8217;issue d&#8217;une offre publique. Rappelons que le retrait obligatoire (\u00ab squeeze-out \u00bb selon la terminologie anglo-saxonne) est la proc\u00e9dure permettant \u00e0 l&#8217;initiateur d&#8217;une offre publique, d\u00e8s lors qu&#8217;il atteint un certain niveau de capital et\/ou de droits de vote fix\u00e9 par la r\u00e9glementation, de forcer les actionnaires qui n&#8217;auraient pas apport\u00e9 leurs titres \u00e0 l&#8217;offre, \u00e0 les c\u00e9der en contrepartie d&#8217;une indemnisation.
