“Les cheminots et leurs syndicats ont fait jouer leur droit de retrait apr\u00e8s un accident de train. Mais face aux perturbations provoqu\u00e9es par ce brusque arr\u00eat de travail, en plein week-end de d\u00e9part en vacances, la direction de l’entreprise et le gouvernement d\u00e9noncent une gr\u00e8ve qui ne dit pas son nom.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Un droit de retrait “l\u00e9gitime” pour les syndicats apr\u00e8s un accident de train \u00e0 la SNCF , mais une gr\u00e8ve “sans pr\u00e9avis” selon la compagnie, voire “surprise” d’apr\u00e8s son patron, et m\u00eame “sauvage” pour le chef du gouvernement… Alors que le trafic des trains a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s perturb\u00e9 au premier week-end des vacances scolaires, les 19 et 20 octobre, les conducteurs et contr\u00f4leurs sont attaqu\u00e9s par leur direction et par leur tutelle sur la l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 de leur action.”<\/p>\n
