Certains employeurs ont tent\u00e9 de modifier leur r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur pour interdire l&#8217;alcool sous toutes ses formes : ce type de d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 annul\u00e9e par les juridictions comp\u00e9tentes puisqu\u2019en cas d&#8217;interdiction totale, l&#8217;employeur doit pouvoir d\u00e9montrer la l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 et la proportionnalit\u00e9 de son action.
