Pour lui ce projet de tracking volontaire est probablement un mal n\u00e9cessaire qui consistera en arbitrage dangereux entre nos libert\u00e9s fondamentales et les exigences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour faire face \u00e0 la crise sanitaire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Alliancy. Le gouvernement a annonc\u00e9 un important dispositif technologique pour mieux contenir et g\u00e9rer l&#8217;\u00e9pid\u00e9mie. Pensez-vous que la technologie est la solution ?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On peut se dire que c\u2019est le progr\u00e8s, que nous avons la technologie, alors pourquoi ne pas l\u2019utiliser ? La r\u00e9ponse n\u2019est pas aussi \u00e9vidente, il faut d\u2019abord relativiser le mythe du progr\u00e8s. Ce qui est un progr\u00e8s imm\u00e9diat peut devenir, ult\u00e9rieurement, une calamit\u00e9. Rappelons-nous qu\u2019il y a plus de 70 ans, nous consid\u00e9rions l\u2019amiante comme le mat\u00e9riau du futur ! Ce mat\u00e9riau a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle et on s\u2019est aper\u00e7u post\u00e9rieurement qu\u2019il \u00e9tait l\u00e9tal pour l\u2019Homme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensuite, il faut envisager les possibles effets pervers de la technique. Le num\u00e9rique n\u2019est qu\u2019un outil, c\u2019est comme un couteau : il est indispensable pour couper un r\u00f4ti en famille mais il peut aussi \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour tuer son prochain. Il faut donc garder \u00e0 l\u2019esprit les possibles d\u00e9rives surtout lorsque cet outil permettra de collecter des donn\u00e9es personnelles sensibles.
