Rappelons que le d\u00e9biteur d&#8217;une telle obligation est contraint d&#8217;atteindre un r\u00e9sultat pr\u00e9cis et d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par avance. S&#8217;il n&#8217;atteint pas le r\u00e9sultat escompt\u00e9, il engage automatiquement sa responsabilit\u00e9.
