Cassandre L\u00e9cuyer is an associate in FTPA\u2019s Competition Law department. She joined the firm in 2025 after gaining experience at a leading international law firm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She advises and represents clients before the French Competition Authority in matters involving cartels and abuse of dominance, as well as before specialized courts in follow-on damages actions arising from competition law breaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her practice also covers all aspects of merger control, including filings with the relevant authorities, and reviews of foreign investments and foreign subsidies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cassandre has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2023.
