Emmanuel is a specialist in intellectual property law, with a particular expertise in patent litigation. His experience covers all aspects of patent, trademark, software, design, copyright and unfair competition law, in both advisory and litigation capacities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Emmanuel practiced for over 15 years with law firms such as SCP Clery de la Myre Mory & Monegier du Sorbier, Linklaters LLP and d’Alverny Demont, where he created and developed the industrial property department. In 2011, he co-founded de Marcellus & Disser Avocats, a firm dedicated to intellectual property law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Emmanuel holds the certification of specialization in intellectual property law. He is a former President of APRAM (Association of Trademark and Design Professionals) and a former board member of APEB (Association of European Patent Practitioners). He currently serves on the executive committee of AAPI (Association of Lawyers Specializing in Industrial Property).
