A member of the Paris Bar, Wajdi Ayaida’s practice focuses on business litigation (civil, commercial and white collar crime).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He assists, advises and represents our French and international clients in defending their economic and property interests, at all stages of litigation (pre-litigation, amicable proceedings, legal proceedings).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also advises clients on the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wajdi Ayaida holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from Kingston University London (UK) and a Master 2 in Business and Contract Law from Universit\u00e9 Jean Moulin Lyon 3.
