Florian Baron is a member of the Paris Bar and an associate in the Tax department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Florian Baron advises and represents clients on all aspects of French and international tax law, including both litigation and advisory matters. In particular, he advises companies on restructuring and in relation to the tax aspects of innovation. Florian also assists high net worth individuals in the optimisation of their assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is a tutor in tax law in the Master 1 business law course at the University of Paris 2 Panth\u00e9on-Assas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Florian Baron holds a Master 2 in Tax Law from Paris 2 Panth\u00e9on Assas (Hons. 2014) and a specialised Master in International Law and Management from HEC Paris (2015).
