Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020, Thilini Katukurunda<\/strong> joined the Intellectual Property Department the same year, after experiences in an industrial property counselling lawfirm and in the legal department of a modelling agency of an international group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She mainly advises French and international Clients on intellectual property matters, in particular on copyright and audiovisual matters, both as counsel and in litigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She also intervenes in commercial law where she advises companies in the drafting of their contracts and assists them in the management of their pre-litigation and litigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
