He is particularly active in the fashion and cinema industries, where he advises several production firms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also has considerable experience in the art market. He advises and assists his clients in the management of artists\u2019 assets, particularly in estate and tax planning.&nbsp;<strong>Philippe <\/strong><strong>Pochet<\/strong>&nbsp;also advises artists and their successors in the exploitation of their works and in the management of their relations with museums and art galleries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the past ten years, Philippe Pochet has managed many major and complex transactions in the field of art, following the needs of collectors, artists&#8217; beneficiaries and prestigious Foundations such as the Zao Wou-Ki Foundation. On the strength of his expertise, he recently joined the &#8220;Collections Legal&#8221; club. Philippe Pochet has been appointed as an art market specialist for France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This club, which aims to develop a prestigious network in the field of art, is composed of one referent Council per country, and currently has 14 members from various backgrounds (France, Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each member benefits from a recognised expertise in the field of the art market, and intervenes on issues related to the management of artists&#8217; assets, daily support in their relations with museums and art galleries, conflicts between rightful owners, or the fight against counterfeiting, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A graduate of Paris University (Master\u2019s in Private Law), Paris Institute of Political Studies and University of California Los Angeles Law School,&nbsp;<strong>Philippe <\/strong><strong>Pochet<\/strong>&nbsp;has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1981.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Philippe <\/strong><strong>Pochet<\/strong>&nbsp;also holds specialisation certificates in International relations law and intellectual property law (1994).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2017 he was appointed
