He primarily practices in general and economic public law, public contracts law, and complex contractual arrangements, both in advisory and litigation matters.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"345\" data-end=\"586\">Ludovic holds a Master\u2019s degree in Public Law (2008) and a Master II in Public Business Law (2009) from Universit\u00e9 Montesquieu Bordeaux IV. He has been a lecturer in public contract law since 2014, and in administrative litigation since 2017.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"588\" data-end=\"1005\">He has developed extensive experience in matters related to the performance of public works contracts and advises a diverse range of clients, including public entities such as central government administrations, public institutions, state-owned enterprises, local authorities, and semi-public actors, as well as private companies involved in public contracts, particularly in the construction and public works sectors.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1007\" data-end=\"1247\">In 2025, Ludovic Alamargot was recognized by <em>The Legal 500 EMEA<\/em> as a <em>key lawyer<\/em> in both Construction Law and Public &amp; Administrative Law. He is also listed in the 2025 rankings of <em>D\u00e9cideurs \u2013 Leaders League<\/em> in Public Business Law.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1249\" data-end=\"1377\"><strong data-start=\"1249\"
