He also acts on complex M&amp;A litigation matters, and distressed M&amp;A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Romain mainly advises companies in their operating or financial restructuring, within the framework of amicable and collective proceedings, shareholders looking for solutions for their distressed subsidiaries, potential bidders in their takeover plans, as well as court-appointed administrators and receivers in the course of insolvency proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding the French <em>fiducie<\/em>, he assists settlors, beneficiaries and their advisors in the structuring, implementation, and performance of fiduciary schemes for management (<em>fiducie-gestion<\/em>) and security purposes (<em>fiducie-s\u00fbret\u00e9<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Romain is listed in <em>The Legal 500 EMEA<\/em> as Next Generation Partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Romain is part of the teaching team of the University Diploma (DU) in French <em>fiducie<\/em> of the University of Orleans.
