Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2000, Samia Bendjenna<\/strong> has developed expertise in Business Law Litigation, particularly in client defence before law courts and arbitration tribunals. Her practice covers both counsel and defence of clients and their insurance firms, including assistance during the investigations phase right through to the resolution of a given dispute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, Samia Bendjenna has gained a depth of experience in matters relating to contracts and handles a large number of commercial conflicts, in France and internationally (particularly with regard to unfair competition practices, breach of commercial contracts and implementing distribution representations & warranties).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She mainly acts for high profile French and foreign market players, particularly in the pharmaceutical, energy, transportation and insurances industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samia Bendjenna holds a Master\u2019s degree in Private Law from Paris I Panth\u00e9on-Sorbonne University (1997) and a Master\u2019s certificate in Business Law from Paris X Nanterre University
