G\u00e9raldine Debort<\/strong> specializes in labor law. As a litigator, she specializes in defending companies in all aspects of employment law for both French and non-French clients in cases against employee representative bodies, unions, employees and former employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An important part of her work concentrates on questions related to discrimination in the workplace, moral harassment and overtime hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

G\u00e9raldine<\/strong> also provides day-to-day advice on employment contracts, dismissal procedures, working time, relations with employees\u2019 representative institutions and unions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
