Member of the Paris Bar since 2009, H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Huet has worked in two law firms specialized in intellectual property prior to joining FTPA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Huet holds a Master of laws (LL.M.) of American University, Washington College of Law and a Master in Industrial property of Universit\u00e9 Panth\u00e9on-Assas (Paris II).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

H\u00e9l\u00e8ne HUET assists both domestic and international clients with respect to their intellectual property rights issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her practice mainly focuses on trademarks, patents, designs, domain names, copyright, appellations of origin, unfair competition, parasitism, new technologies, e-commerce, as well as disputes concerning patronymic names.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

H\u00e9l\u00e8ne is recognised in the Best Lawyers in France\u2122 and The Legal 500 EMEA rankings. H\u00e9l\u00e8ne is “known for her strategic litigation prowess and negotiation
