She advises a wide range of French and foreign clients and works in various sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am\u00e9lie Cordier holds a Master 2 in European Business Law from the University of Paris XI, obtained after a Bachelor and a Master 1 at the University of Paris I Panth\u00e9on-Sorbonne. She also holds an LLM in International Financial Law from the University of King&#8217;s College London.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to joining FTPA, Am\u00e9lie Cordier worked for three and a half years in the M&amp;A &amp; Private Equity team of the French law firm Lamartine Conseil.
