We provide advice to companies and groups of companies in “special situations”, in a complex and constantly changing environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our team helps clients make the law a powerful tool to overcome their challenges and successfully redeploy their business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We mainly work on behalf of companies (large groups, medium-sized businesses, and sometimes very small companies) and their shareholders, in France and abroad. We support debtors, buyers, and shareholders in all their business needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our team of specialist lawyers, supported by the firm’s multi-disciplinary areas of expertise, provides responsive, high-performing advice, demonstrating a constant innovative approach to the restructuring and business turnaround solutions we propose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The team operates at three levels: (i) in bonis<\/em> in distressed<\/em> contexts ,<\/em>(ii) in preventive proceedings, and (iii) in collective proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have built up specific expertise in the management of proceedings to deal with distressed companies, by working closely with all the relevant bodies: conciliators, receivers, court-appointed agents, commercial courts, independent auditors, interim managers, trustees, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drawing on the combined expertise of our M&A and tax departments, we have also developed a significant distressed M&A <\/em>practice, ensuring the successful reorganization of companies through disposals or mergers, in particular carve-outs<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
