Yann Davie’s practice covers all areas of competition law, including merger control, anti-competitive practices and state aid proceedings. He acts before the French Competition Authority, the European Commission and their appeal courts.
Yann also regularly appears before French courts in the context of damages claims brought following decisions of competition authorities.
He also has extensive experience in commercial litigation (restrictive practices, unfair competition, termination of commercial relations, non-performance, etc.) as well as in distribution (setting up distribution networks, development of e-commerce activities, breaches, parallel sales, etc.).
Yann teaches law on restrictive practices at Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
He studied in the United States (Columbia Law School) and in France (Université Panthéon-Sorbonne and Sciences Po).
Prior to joining FTPA, Yann practiced in international law firms.
