A member of the Paris Bar since 2016, Noé Fontalba practices in FTPA's Public Law Department, both as an advisor and in litigation. He mainly advises on public procurement and complex contractual arrangements, and regularly handles cases involving public procurement litigation, out-of-court dispute settlement and procurement advice with intellectual property issues. In this capacity, he has been involved in the development and execution of several innovation partnerships.
Noé Fontalba holds a Master II Competition and Market Regulation (Public Business Law and Economics) from the University of Paris Ouest Nanterre la Défense (2013), as well as a Master II European Union Economic Law (2014) from the University of Panthéon-Sorbonne.
He is also a graduate of the Institute of Public Business Law (2016), a course attached to the Paris Bar School.
