Julie BIANCHI is an associate in the Tax practice.
She began her career in the Paris office of a full service international law firm, where she worked for five years. She later joined a law firm that specialises in business, culture, media and communications before joining FTPA in 2010.
She has gained company secretarial experience as well as in drafting documents for corporate transactions, including partnership agreements.
At FTPA, Julie BIANCHI uses her knowhow to help assist prepare meetings with social entities and also helps our teams in the event of legal audits and complex transactions in terms of corporate law and in preparing the closing documents (corporate disposals or acquisitions).
She holds a Master’s certificate in business law (2008) and a Master’s degree in corporate law (2009) from Paris X Nanterre University.
