Antoine Gautier-Sauvagnac is a specialist in Intellectual Property, Industrial Property and Media Law. He has extensive experience of French and international law issues arising in licensing contracts, brands and copyrights protection, including licensing contracts. His expertise also covers patent matters, including coordination of cross-border litigation and patent infringement.

In addition, he advises international corporate groups, particularly based in the US and UK, for matters pertaining to Distribution and Consumer Products Law. He also assists them in their commercial litigation issues.

Antoine Gautier-Sauvagnac advises foreign individuals and families in their asset management and investments in France. This includes transfer, tax and separation matters.

Antoine Gautier-Sauvagnac was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1998 and holds a Magistère (graduate diploma) in Business Law, DJCE (graduate diploma) in Corporate Law, and a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law from Paris II Pantheon-Assas University.
